小吊梨汤开端于赵州桥近邻的李氏梨汤,乾隆喝了李氏梨汤帝顿感清心润肺,御厨学会成为宫廷饮品,又传入民间,民间均以铜制提吊作念为称量梨汤的器物,改名为小吊梨汤开云(中国)Kaiyun·官方网站 - 登录入口,因老北京的剧场被东说念主们所深爱。

Xiao Diao Pear Soup originates from the Li's Pear Soup near Zhao Zhou Bridge. After Emperor Qianlong tasted it, he found it refreshing and soothing to the lungs. The imperial chefs learned how to prepare it, turning it into a palace beverage, and it eventually spread to the general public. People used copper instruments for measuring the pear soup, renaming it Xiao Diao Pear Soup, a favorite in old Beijing theaters.
